FISHING

The Punta de Mita peninsula sits at the northern end of Banderas Bay, offering some of the most exciting fishing in the Pacific. On deep-sea expeditions, anglers can find trophy tuna and marlin. Within the waters of the bay are mahi mahi, football tuna, sailfish, wahoo, red snapper, grouper, roosterfish, Spanish mackerel, amberjack, and several other varieties.

GOLFING

Villa Pacifica is ideal for a golf vacation in Punta Mita. Within the private community are located two Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses on the beautiful grounds next to the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts. Access to Club de Golf is exclusive to Punta Mita homeowners, renters, and guests of the two resorts, and not open to public play.

TENNIS

The Tennis Center is nestled in a grove of palm trees that offers hard surface courts for a faster paced game, as well as sand-filled synthetic grass courts, providing a unique feel with a softer, slower surface.

The tennis program is under the direction of Peter Burwash International. PBI’s highly trained professionals are now directing tennis programs in more than 25 countries at 60 different quality resorts and clubs throughout the world.

WATER SPORTS

Punta Mita is the ideal destination for watersports including jet-skiing, parasailing, sea kayaking, snorkeling, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding and more. Whatever ocean adventure you prefer, it’s waiting in Punta Mita.

TOURS

There is a wide array of Punta Mita tours and excursions available that suit almost any interest. December through March is whale-watching season and while you can watch them breach from the comfort of Villa Pacifica, they are best viewed on a boat tour.

Eco-adventure tours including ATVs, horseback riding, canopy tours, surfing excursions, scuba diving and more can all be arranged by your Villa Pacifica concierge. Or take a culinary or cultural tour to learn more about the unique tastes, spirits, and people of our region of Mexico.

SPAS

A full range of massages and spa treatments designed to relax, invigorate, detoxify, and heal are available for you to recharge your body and spirit. Try the Punta Mita massage, which uses indigenous sage oil and tequila; or try an exfoliating chamomile body scrub or seaweed mask. Guests have the option of visiting one of the Punta Mita spas located within the community or booking private services to enjoy at Villa Pacifica.

JOGGING & WALKING

A network of walking trails weaves its way through the lushly landscaped, gated community of Punta Mita. These paved trails are ideal for inspiring a scenic workout or a leisurely stroll around the area.

SEA TURTLE PROJECT

The Sea Turtle Project is an activist-led, educational resource for protecting endangered sea turtle populations in ways that meet the ecological needs of the sea turtles, the oceans and of the Punta Mita community who share the beaches and waters with these gentle, beautiful creatures. In a fascinating annual ritual, thousands of female turtles migrate hundreds, even thousands of miles, to Punta Mita and neighboring shores to lay their eggs. Using her flippers to dig a nest, the female deposits as many as 120 eggs, which hatch between 45 and 55 days later.

YACHT CHARTERS

Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita offers a luxurious 55-foot yacht for both resort guests and Punta Mita homeowners to charter privately on a daily basis. The Italian-built craft is operated by the resort, and the Captain and first mate, who are both Four Seasons employees, bring Four Seasons’ legendary service to the beautiful Pacific Ocean waters and enchanting nearby islands.
